- Items such as custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at sales@blueamethystja.com.
- Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
